RBC grupo manufactures all types of coil sections and stator winding bars for electrical motors and AC/DC generators: traction, concentric and rotor. We provide services for all types of electrical motors, even those that have been discontinued. Due to the exact geometry of our products, installation takes 1 to 2 days. High quality of materials is essential for us, therefore we use only copper grades of the highest purity of 99.99%, as well as insulation of heat resistance classes F, H, C from the best manufacturers. of the world.

Resin Rich System (including coils up to 18 kV)
The Resin Rich insulation system is compatible with motors and generators up to 18 kV. It is designed to resist severe environmental conditions due to its outstanding mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
Insulation System for Low-Voltage Coils (up to 1 kV)
This system is designed for motors and generators with operational voltages up to 1 kV. It is used in case when no insulation tape can be used in order to ensure the insulation strength of coils.
VPI (up to 10 kV)
The Vacuum Pressure Impregnation (VPI) system has excellent mechanical and dielectrical properties.
The Resin Rich insulation system is compatible with motors and generators up to 18 kV. It is designed to resist severe environmental conditions due to its outstanding mechanical, thermal and electrical properties.
