Resin-rich
RBC grupo offers a resin-rich insulation system for the stator windings of rotating machines operating in thermal class F, H, C. These tapes and foils are unique and effective, possess outstanding quality and comply with the relevant standards. Important manufacturers of electrical rotating machines use these tapes and foils throughout the world. Resin-rich tapes and foils based on calcined or un-calcined muscovite mica paper and resin with glass-fabric or polyester-film backings. These products enable customers to construct the slot-section and overhang insulation of high-voltage windings that exceed all present standards and requirements.

The tape is a composition of mica paper, electrical insulation fabric made of glass filament yarns (hereinafter referred to as "electrical insulation fabric") and polyimide film bonded together and impregnated with an electrical insulating compound.
The warranty shelf life is as follows:

- six months from the date of manufacture, if the tape is stored at a temperature of 15 - 35 °C and at a relative humidity of 45 - 75 %;
- twelve months from the date of manufacture, if the tape is stored at a temperature of (5 ± 3) °C.

THERMAL CLASS C
Tape is a composition of mica paper, dielectric fabric made of glass filament yarns and polyimide film bonded together and impregnated with an organosilicon binder. Tapes designed for insulation of electrical machines and plants with insulation systems of heat resistance class 220.

- at a temperature of 15 – 35 °C and a relative humidity of 45 - 75 % - four months from the date of manufacture;
- at a temperature of (5 ± 3) °C - eight months from the date of manufacture.
