Materials used for stator coils manufacturing

PMS, PPLS – rectangular cross-section copper wire with mica tape insulation. Breakdown voltage up to 7000 V. Used for the production of stator winding systems for high-voltage electric motors. Heating class – F (155°C).
PSDK, PSDT – rectangular cross-section copper wire with insulation based on glass filaments impregnated with specialized varnishes. Breakdown voltage up to 500V. Used for the production of coils for low-voltage electric motors. Heating class – F (155°C), H (180°C).
PEEIP – rectangular cross-section copper wire with insulation based on electrical insulating enamels. Breakdown voltage up to 2000V. Used for the production of stator coils for low-voltage electric motors. Heating class – F (155°C), H (180°C).
PPIPK– rectangular cross-section copper wire with polyimide-fluoroplastic film insulation. Breakdown voltage up to 8000V. Used for the production of stator coils for generators in traction motors. Heating class – H (180°C).
PPIPKS– rectangular cross-section copper wire with corona-resistant polyimide-fluoroplastic film insulation. Breakdown voltage up to 10000V. Used for the production of stator coils for traction motors. Heating class – H (180°C).
Elmicatherm 524019 – mica tape consisting of PET film, mica paper, glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 40%. Applied for the production of stator coils for electric motors with a rated voltage not exceeding 10 kV. Heating class – F (155°C).
Elmicatherm 52409 – mica tape consisting of mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 50%. Applied for the production of stator coils for electric motors with a rated voltage over 10 kV. Heating class – F (155°C).
Elmicatherm 529029 - mica tape consisting of polyimide film, mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 35%. Applied for the stator coils production of an asynchronous motor for traction motors. Heating class – Н (180°C).
Elmicatherm 525029 - mica tape consisting of polyimide film, mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 35%. Applied for the stator coils production of a 3-phase asynchronous motor for traction motors. Heating class – С (200°C).
Elmicapor 523119 - mica tape consisting of PET film, mica paper, glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 60%. Applied for the production of coils for electric motors with a rated voltage not exceeding 6 kV. Heating class – F (155°C).
Elmicapor 523199 - mica tape consisting of mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 50%. Applied for the production of coils for electric motors with a rated voltage not exceeding 6 kV. Heating class – F (155°C).
Elmicapor 53319 - mica tape consisting of mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 80%. Applied for the production of coils for electric motors with a rated voltage not exceeding 10 kV. Heating class – F (155°C).
Elmicapor 525029 - mica tape consisting of polyimide film, mica paper and glass substrate. Mica content – not less than 35%. Applied for the production of coils for traction motors. Heating class – С (200°C).
Fiberglass tape LES – is designed to protect the groundwall insulation against mechanical impact. Epoflex 219.61-10 – is designed to protect the groundwall insulation from negative environmental effects. It is applied to the frontal parts of coils.
Epoflex 324.03 – is designed to protect the groundwall insulation from negative environmental effects. It is applied to the frontal parts of coils.
LPP-400 – is designed to protect the groundwall insulation against the effects of external partial discharges in the slot parts.
EGSB 2969/2709 – is designed to protect the groundwall insulation against the effects of external partial discharges in the frontal parts.
